Default Mcgaughy 2/4 vibration problem.

Hello all, I have a 2000 Silverado 2wd that was lowered with Mcgaughy's 2/4 drop kit with spindles, shackles and hangers. I have a vibration under hard acceleration and between 15 and 20 mph. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Yep, you're pinion angle is off. I'm 4/6 on a torsion bar set up(read: up higher from the factory than coil spring suspension so probably more like a 5/7) & my pinion angle is pointed up 8-10 degrees. I rode with it like that for a year. I just ordered some 6 degree shims today & hope this will get it close enough.

Here's an article to get you started.

Just google "how to set pinion angle"
