I doubt it is a thrust bearing, I was just noting the history of mine. If your crank is moving so is the alignment on the sensor. I don't know how much you have been driving it, but the tune will be waaaay off on one day and spot on the next day. (crank sensor)

Get that tranny out and find out what really is broken. Start with what is broken first before ya troubleshoot too much and get too scared. If you have a trans pump out, make sure the clearances are good and if so have an engine shop look at your flywheel (easy enough to take measurements all the way around it to see if it clears the same). Yes it would be cheaper to just replace it, but more expensive if it turned out not to be the actual problem. I am sure it's something sorta simple, but you're gonna need a pro to map it all out if this is really a reoccurring issue.

dewey , man i hope your right. i really hope its a flywheel and converter that would save me alot of time , money and stress.

i doubt its a crank problem too but im not ruling it out. my tune isnt much different from day to day , when i dropped this motor every sensor was replaced.

holty whats your email addy?

shannon yes i may need him too , the main thing i need to check now is my flywheel and my converter clearance. give me a call or pm so we can set this up if your guy can check out both of these problems.

Toy shop in Pomona is your best bet for getting this figured out locally.
