Got the tires in and mounted on a set of stock aluminum rims. I wish they were Sierra rims, but they don't look too bad.
First impressions...the truck sits just right IMO. It has a slight rake. The tires fit just fine on the rim, although the rim could stand to be a tad bit wider, it will do. I took the truck for a test drive, and the already injured tranny didn't like the traction at all! I hope to get the 80-e/stall/gears/Eaton in soon.
I let the tranny downshift into first at about 25mph, which usually results in copious amounts of tire spin and smoke. Instead, the DR's just hooked. From a dead stop--no power brake or anything--it just chirped once then squated and went. I'm really really impressed with these tires so far, even though they only have about 5 miles on them.
Anyway, on to the pics...sorry they're so huge:

Sounds like they hook well on the street. I really would like to know how well they hook at the track cause I am seriously considering going with those instead of the 28x11.50 ET Streets.
