LS1 Rear disc brake trucks on TRUCK 10 bolts?
#1
anyone do this? Ive got a thread going on another fourm and seems like nothing but a bunch of lurkers... anyway heres the link to the thread:

This is the adapter I whipped up in autocad to adapt the c-10 10 bolt flange to the ls1 style. This way the truck can still have a parking brake system, disc brakes and everything is factory so parts will be no problem.
As far as the bolt pattern on the rotor, my solution is to make a pattern in autocad with the 4.75 and 5" bolt patterns offset and drill them myself.
Someones had to have swapped LS1 rear disc brakes on their fullsize... and the cadilac caliper is not an option. Im even giving the 2003+ Dodge Ram 1500 the stare... their rear discs (according to alldata) measures in at 13.77x.86 with a 54mm piston ....mmmm large
