LQ4 to 4l60E???

The flex plate i have will work off of the 4.8 but would recommend a 5.3 or can i use the 6.0?I would use the 80e but dont have the stuff to modify the cross member. If i had the mesurments and the harness i would change,dont have a good feeling about using the 60e but with the flt 3 or 4 i should have no promblems or will I??
