Take out the blocks in the rear, use 2wd U-Bolts. This gets you down 2". De-crank from torsions to level. Done and dirt cheap. Bumpstops can be swapped, Belltech makes some nice ones.

I put on the mcgaughys 2-4 kit p/n 11004. That was a spindle in the front, and in addition to that I did a little torsion bar decranking to get it down about another inch or so. I also picked up a set of belltech bumpstops, they are stock style but they are shorter, at minimum you will have to trim the stock bumpstop a little. You want the bumpstop to be just barely touching the lower control arm. In the back it was a shackle hanger install. In addition to the shackle hanger I also removed the block between the leafs and the axle for about another inch lower. Your will need to pick up a set of shorter u-bolts like trever1t said the 2wd u-bolts are what you need. Also in the rear there is a bracket that the bumpstop is bolted to, that bracket is just bolted to the frame. Remove the bracket, remove the bumpstop from the bracket and bolt the bumpstop to the frame and trim the bumpstop accordingly. I got about a 3/5 out of all this from stock height. After all this I picked up a set of belltech street and performance shocks and I have to say its a whole different truck handling wise.

Trever1t might have some info on the short belltech bumpstops, they are a kit item and you cant get them just anywhere, he has a hookup, its were I got mine.

For the front bumpstops, I just replaced my hard Z71 bumpstops with the soft factory rubber ones and trimmed them to fit. I lowered mine in the front with Belltech lowering keys, and in the rear by removing the liftblocks, installing Belltech 2" shackles, and installing spring clamps for about an extra 1/2". The keys aren't the best way to do it, as spring rate is affected, and the bumpsteer is pretty bad. If I had the dough I'd get either lowering control arms or spindles up front, probably in addition to the keys, and maybe some hangers in the rear and some shorter tires for a real nice drop
