Default Lowering the Z

I got a question, forgive me for asking my laptop died and with it all my millions of bookmark links so I an stuck with my EVO phone for internet access.

Anyways I am wanting to remove the blocks in the rear of my truck to level it out for now. My future plans call for the a rear shackle kit and the 2500 keys up front. I will be shopping for a set of 22" escalade wheels that I will be getting powder coated satin black-back on task.

Will I need different "U" bolts, shorter ones or will the stock bolts be OK?

Thanks

I needed shorter ones for my Z. Got them from a local off road performance shop for a cheap price.

Yes you will need shorter ubolts.

I bought some from the dealer for a 2 wheel drive truck with no block if i remember correctly. I have a buddy in the parts department at a chevy dealer.

And never apologize for asking a question, we all cant know everything.

I remember reading that but wasn't sure. There was a link to the gm numbers I had on my CPU but that's long gone now.
