Default Lowering an 01+ Denali....

I want to lower my Denali 2/3 with the Deluxe McGaughy's kit. Does anybody know if I will need to get new shocks with this kit??

I am also currently running 20x8.5 wheels with a 275/55/20 tire, do you think these will rub with the drop? I really don't want to buy new tires at the moment, since these have plenty of use left.

Anybody that has installed this kit, Was it a pretty straight forward install??

great kit, no you will not have to replace shocks with that kit
won't rub much if any i have ran 305/45/22 and 315/35/24 and rubs very little most in the back and you can cut the plastic to fix that

Thats a great drop kit! It should be safe no need to change shocks! The stocks should be fine. There should be no rub with a 55series on that drop!
