Default Lowered 4x4 alignment problems HELP!

Ok guys i really need your help! I have a 1999 silverado single cab 4x4 and i have lowered it and cant get the alignment right. I put drop spindles and 3 inch torsion keys in the front and took the blocks out of the back installed a notch and flip kit and drop shackles. It is really low and i like it but it is looking like i might have to raise it up an inch or get rid of the spindles and buy some control arms. Any suggestions will be much appiciated.

Whos doing your alignments and whats the problem? The little plastic locks are out of the cam plates on the upper control arm bolts right?

Mine has 3 inch drop keys decranked pretty much all the way and the shop couldnt get my alignment perfect, I have just a **** hair of neg camber.

Drop spindles AND torsion keys?? Holy bad combination!! Get rid of the torsion keys, keep the spindles, then raise the rear back to match the front. My guess is that they can't get the caster anywhere near normal, and you probably have too much neg camber. After all that, they still may have trouble with caster, but it's gonna drive okay.

On my 3/5 drop with keys they had to add a couple of degrees of caster and all was good and within acceptable limits. I may have a little negative camber as well but tire wear has been good. On my truck I got all the drop I needed on the keys and didn't bother with the spindles.

The extra caster will improve your steering feel at the limit and a little negative camber should improve your handling.

yea the upper arms will prevent you from getting perfect camber, they would need to be longer to do so, however even though I ran the same setup I wasn't fond of it, torsion bars are pretty loose, when drooping, and shock choice doesn't exist from what I found

Using the drop spindles does keep your tie rod angles correct, and help with your turning radius. That's why I'd suggest keeping them and losing the torsion keys.

I would lose to the torsion keys or atleast raise them to where you can get everything aligned correctly

ok a shackle and flip kit in the back, that is pretty low. i can see why you wouldnt want to raise the front, i cant stand the front of the truck being higher than the rear either. so here how about these, i think they might do the trick for you. i would try either these and the spindle (lose the lowering key) or these and the key (lose the spindle). its trial and error at this point. i know it says its for a tahoe but the arm should fit a silverado just the same, but you will never find it listed for one because not many people lower a 4x4. the lca is for torsion bars and it says in the description for 2 or 4 wheel drive.

It isnt really bad out right now but it definatly isnt right so after i have them on i will let you guys know how it worked out. I have some pics posted under lsx 454 build it you want to see the truck i would post them on here but i really suck with the whole photobucket **** i need to learn how to do all that lol
