Anyways- this is what the passenger back end looks like, resting on the bump stop almost as if I don't have a leaf spring. I'm gonna go take the spring off and look at it. Any body have any input it'd be much appreciated..... TIA

Pick the truck back up, loosen all the shackle and leaf spring bolts, lower the truck back down, maybe even take it around the block, then snug them back up. Do not overtighten them. Everything you installed may be binding up.

-or you could have a weak leaf spring you never noticed before.

Weak spring, that's my biggest fear, can't believe it because I hauled a couple good load of dirt a couple weeks ago; pretty sure I did everything fairly loose as to allow movement and all. This evening I took the spring off to look at it, verify no cracks or any of that. I think I'll swap sides and see what happens. If it still sags I'll know it's the spring and put the new one on drives side. I mean it really looks good if it didn't sag out one side.........

Swaybay end link

Starting from top and counting bushings, number two is upside down.
The pointy end goes towards swaybar.
And the washer that goes invetween num two bushing and the center collar is missing, also top washer is missing
If that kit didnt come with washers, reuse oem washers.

Google search energy suspension sway bar endlink, look at the pictures.

Hey guys- think I found the issue. I put everything back; spring over axle just for kicks to see what I might find- here's some pics. I think it's time to accept the fact that the spring is history, see the S'ing.........

Weak springs happen. I've seen quite a few of them on the 99-06 trucks. I'd hit up a junk yard and snag a low mile set out from under a V6 truck. Not all the springs are the same rate.

I'm scoping out 2 options now, they're both in Albuquerque; first McBride, they've been around forever and specialize in frame axle spring repair and second is a good junkyard called u pull u pay. Looking at their site they have an 07 classic. Lemme ask you this as my truck is a unique bird; crew bed on ext cab, can I get away with springs off a CC............ TIA
