I was going 70 mph for about an hour with the cruise control on. unloaded on flat ground, no hills when it shfted into 3rd gear. I pulled over and checked the fluid,not burnt trans temp gauge said about 180 degrees, engine temp was normal. took off again, still no 4th gear.what could this be?
