Default lost after 80 swap

Okay so I just got the truck tuned last week with the new 80e I installed. I used the wiring write up along with a segment swap. Truck did great for all the tuning and a couple days after. But now out of no where it won't shift past 2nd gear. I have checked all my wires and trans fluid. I'm lost on what it could be or what to check next.
The trans was fully rebuilt with new clutches , bands and a trans go shift kit along with a circle d 3600 billet converter. Also it does have a external trans cooler after the radiator cooler.
Any help would be great.

Today I was able to put a real scanner on the truck. I'm getting c0237 rear speed sensor erraitc , c0236 rear speed sensor missing anf c0238 wheel mismatched along with p0730 incorrect gear ratio.
I've checked all my wires and everything seems okay. Also all my wheels are same size.

You may have to disable gear ratio matching due to the stall TC. Max out the "Enable Temp" field (495 or such) in the P1870 DTC.
