Default Limited Slip Broken?

I think I broke the limited slip last time out at the track. On the second to last run I heard a pop when pulling up to the burnout box but thought it was the guy if front of me who was just taking off. After that run whenever I turn sharply to the right or left like when pulling into my spot after the runs the truck wanted to shut off on me. At first I thought it was because I was low on gas but I noticed the engine struggling a little whenever I turned. I could hear the tire in the back squeal and hop a little during the turns. I think the factory limited slip(G80) is somehow suck in the locked position.

I have been hard on the 14 bolt since I had it installed with track days and aggressive street driving.

Do you guys think it is something a simple fix will take care of or am I going to need a new limited slip. If I need a new unit should I go with a Eaton Posi or Detroit Tru-Trac? Which is better and why?

BTW, it still fries both tires when I go in a straight line, lol.

Do 14 bolts use G80's?

The G80 Gov-Lock is used in 14 bolts both semi and full floaters.
