just weighted mine...
it is a 2000 reg cab with a 9" and ladder bars, manual windows and locks, stepside, 15x12 & 15x8 billet specialties, th400, iron block, KB racing t6 turbo kit, 34" rad and 05 fans and roll pan..
it DOES NOT HAVE a drive shaft, shifter, or fuel system or fuel tank in it or front bumper on it..
I DID ADD 4 BATTERIES little over 200lbs to compensate for missing parts
I WAS NOT IN THE TRUCK NOR HAVE I STARTED REMOVING ANYTHING NOT EVEN SWAY BAR!!!

Don't forget the basics, most headers will save weight vs manifolds and cats....lookup lightweight racing mufflers.
Stock 4l60e converters 55lbs
245mm yank 3200 stall 32lbs.
swap out carpet for lightweight Ozite carpet from parts store like pep boys....10-30lbs depending...
racing seats help alot....20-40lbs depending...
small diameter rims...15 or 16in vs 17 or above....
look for small bracket here and there that aren't needed....1-10 lbs
ditch emissions depending on where you live, most tuners can tune off any emmsion codes.
if the truck is light enough and doesn't have wheel hop an aluminum driveshaft could save 5-8 lbs

65/35 weight distribution, I think you took too much weight off the rear, lol. I'm surprised how even it is side to side, I would have thought the drivers side would be alot heavier. I guess without the stock fuel tank, battery, and the turbo on the passenger side evened it out.
