Default Just finished my 6.0 swap, got an SES Automatic Transmission

Well, I finished the swap last night and all went pretty good after I worked out the Crank issues. I ended up going with the Fuddle HP 2,400 Stall. Anyhow, the SES light came on, so I went to Advanced and had the codes read. It's a code for the Automatic Transmission. Could my stall be the cause of this?

Thanks,
Will

It would help to know the exact code. There are many different codes which relate to the automatic transmission.

Also with a stall, the Shift solenoid code will pop up frequently and the converter wont lock and the truck will be sluggish. That's when I disconnect the battery and it will reset the code (but the SES light is still present, but goes away after awhile)

A loose converter can set a slip code, your tuner needs to know what codes to turn off.It will take care of it if that is what your problem is.What did you do about the converter spacing?Did you have a 99-00 6.0 with the longer crank?
