Default just a few questions

hi guys well i have a 4l65e lined up to replace my p.o.s 4l60e with 120000 mi on it is there any gear ratio differences and my truck is in my sig and i want a stall what is the most i could go with keeping it a truck still i use it to pull snowmoblies in the winter and dirt bikes and boats in the summer ? oh and i plan on installing a cooler as well

if you changed the gear ratio in that transmission i wanna know how...

Depends on what brand you go with.. but Chris at CircleD will build you what you want.. a 3000-3200 triple disk might be what your wanting..

i know the 65 is a up grade just wondered if there was any gearing differances lol but i was thinking of the yank 3000 truckstall

The 4L65E is the same thing only slightly less fragile compared to the 4L60E. Same ratios and everything.

They actually make 6 pinion planets that change the gear ratios.

ok cool and is anybody running the yank 3000 truck stall? i was wondering how they preformed and what everybodys thoughts were on them thanks again guys

Give Dave a call at Yank... He'll recommend the right converter for your application. He helped me with the SST3200 I have. Of course, I'm not towing anything with that truck.
