Default Just did HD2 shift kit and servo with 6.0 swap in the Tahoe, now no 2nd

Whats goin on guys? Ive been a member here for a while but never really had much to post..

i just swapped a LQ4 into my 2000 NBS tahoe..also did a Transgo hd2 shift kit and a vette servo..trans is a 4l60e that was flawless before the swap

the motor runs great, such a step up from the 5.3..but i can hardly drive it because i dont have 2nd gear..

i have first, then it holds until about 2200 and then if i let of it shifts into third..i have 4th and lock up as well..if im just normal driving it drives fine, gets up to speed quickly merging and passing, no issues..

if i drop it into 2nd manually, it just spins..

what do you think it could be?

from what ive heard i could of messed up the servo..

i bought a vette servo, and then installed it the way trans go says..using a shim under the cover, and flipping a few things around..

everything was done by the book

should i take that servo out and just install it normally, with no spacers and no moving/adding parts like trans go says?

what else could it be? im new to trannys, but we followed the instructions to a T and double checked everything..

Sorry for the long post..thanks guys

Assuming your valve body install was flawless, the easier job would be to check the servo. Those are pretty straight-forward when it comes to install. Only catch is, check the seal around the 2nd apply piston. You may have leak-by. That's the first thing that comes to mind with regards to you having 4th gear, but not 2nd.
