Default It's alive again!

Finally after 6 months of being sidelined with a dead trans, my truck drove again with a fresh FLT Level 5 4L65E with billet output shaft. I think this trans should last a while behind my little H/C 5.3.

I wasn't there for the install or the test drive, but all my brother and dad said is that it feels great, shifts great, and is much much faster than before. No full throttle blasts though since the new gears are not yet borken in fully, but they did say that it spun the tires in 2nd gear once. They only put 10 miles on it before it started to snow, so not a lot of time to put more miles on it.

Thanks to FLT and The Breeze for hooking me up with a badass trans. Now if only winter would end so I can get my truck back in my driveway and start putting miles on it.

That's the only bad thing (IMO) about living up North... when it snows, RWD vehicles hibernate. I'd go NUTS if I couldn't drive my truck b/c of snow (when my truck IS driveable).
