Installing Cal-Tracs, bolt won't come out of spring bushing

I ended up getting a 7" cutoff wheel for my angle grinder. Was able to work that up in between the hanger and spring and cut the bolt.

cut that ****** out, thats what i did when i was installing 3" drop leafs on my s10

Thats what i was gonna suggest.. we had to do that on Dockrockers 1993 truck. it sucked!
