Default IFS to solid front end info wantend

I was wondering if any of you all have done a straight axle swap on a IFS gm.

I have 2500 burban and interested in doing leveling kits with new gears and lockers, But my current front end doesent seem to be the best in the world and im hard on parts... Soo instead of rebuild all that crap i was thinking about swapping it out..

So what axles would be a good canadate for a swap, and could a custom 14 bolt be made with out braking the bank. Ive a bused these rear end for ever with out any problems..

I dont want to go with a huge lift. 33's maybe 35's then 4:56 or 4:88 gears depending on tires size. I still want to the equivalant of a stock 4:10 gear.

Anyway any suggestions.
