i need to lower the front of my NBS with 15" wheels... what do i need??

i need to lower the front of my NBS with 15" wheels... what do i need??
I would like the front end to sit about 4-5" lower than stock but still keep good camber..
if it is lighter than stock i am ALL IN..lol
i will make a bracket for coilovers instead on springs if need be...
i just have no idea what to get any help would be apriciated
i know this isnt a great picture.. but this about the height i want it at..possibly a little lower
