I need help with swap
#1
I have read where people are modifying there stock crossmember to fit a 4L80. All it consists of is cutting the bracket of the front and moving it to the back right? Does anyone have before and after pics of the crossmember by chance?
Also does anyone know if the radiator support just unbolts or does it have spot welds and bolts?

It really depents on the t-case braket. there are two types, one bolts to the bottom of the frame and the other bolts in-side the channel of the frame. The one that bolts inside the channel looks like the easiest to cut and move back. Mine (the one that bolts to the bottom) has a plate that goes in between the trans and crossmember to move the holes back....
