I had something like that happen to me except i broke both bolts and my caliper spun around the rotor and took out the brake line and e-brake cable holder on the backing plate. except i was 190 miles from my house in northern minnesota and not a single dealershit had bolts. so i took the caliper off (it was all bent up) and drove home from deer hunting with 3 calipers and a screw zip tied in the brake line so the brake fluid would go everywhere

You dont even have to pull your wheels LOL... they are on the inside of the axle where the caliper mounts bolt to the axle. just crawl under there and get to it... I tightened them up in a parking lot without even jacking the truck up... and its lowered
