Default Hydro Boost Swap?

I know someone her has done this, can't find it searching as of yet.
I've heard that pedal feel and perfotrmance are the main reasons to do this.
My brakes feel wimpy and soft, I plan on doing a front SS Braided line swap and pads before this spring.

So the questions are:
What's all involved?
What parts are needed, and what year parts will work on my model?
Anyone have pics of the stock hydroboost set-up?

Thanks in advance all.

I have not done it but I looked into it.

You have to replace the brake booster and master cylinder basically.
Find a 99+ 1500HD or 2500HD doner truck. Pull the booster (hydraulic) and master cylinder and the hydraulic lines. The lines run to the power steering pump to provide the hydraulic pressure. Probably a good idea to try and get the PS pump and lines from the truck also.

Thanks for the link!
Did anyone ever do a write on on the swap?
How did it go?
How about cost on the parts from a donar junkyard truck?

Looks like I may be calling around for some ballpark figures.
