Default how do you read wheel size??

what is the difference between this two sizes...??

17x8, backspacing 4.875, offset +10.000mm

&

17x8, backspacing 5.500, offset +25.00mm

looking for the one that is flush with the truck, dont want it to stick out the fender well...

The only difference is one has 5/8" more backspacing, meaning it will sit more to the center of the truck.

You should be OK with the 5.5" backspace. Depending on what tire width you get, you should be about even with the fender.
