Question ???How do you adjust the transmission cable on a 2005 silverado pickup

I replaced the transmission in my 2005 silverado truck and the transmission will not go into park using the gearshift lever. if you get under the truck and
push the arm on the transmission it lacks about 1/4" going into park. I know
there is an adjustment on the cable but I can't figure out how to adjust it!
Could someone help me out?
