how to change 4x4 4L80E to 2WD?

looked in the stickies and didn't see any information, has anyone done it? Found a great deal on a 4x4 80E and if it's not that big of a deal I'm going to jump on it and just make the swap to 2wd for my truck.

Tail shaft and housing IIRC. Trans has to be gutted to get to the tail shaft though, everything has to come out.
