Checked the pressure there at 40psi Im riding on 265/60/17 Goodyear rsa tires.

What about shock extenders or what brand shocks are good for drop trucks I currently have
Belltec drop 2 shocks.

Those shocks are your biggest problem. Get some good shocks on there and you'll be much happier. The Belltech shocks ride like bricks! Some Bilstiens that are the right length will be night and day different.

Is it 2wd or 4wd?

Best way to figure out what shock you need is to get under there and measure the length it sits at then compare to the brand catalogue.
