Stock shackles should lift the rear nearly 2". My vote is stock shackles, Id say its easier to do also.

So stock replacement shackles,
1988-2009 Chevy / GMC Pickup, Suburban, Avalanche (30 x 30 or 32 x 32 Springs & 9/16 Bolt) - Rear of Rear Shackle - M1753 | $22.95
will raise the truck 2"??

Would these,
Belltech Sport Trucks 6404 - Belltech Sport Trucks Rear Lift Shackle Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com
raise the truck any higher?

Would I be able to just swap the shackles out without having to do anything else back there?
