Default does anyone know what this is?

obviously theres the backing plate. whats the name of the backet that bolts the caliper bracket to the housing? is there a part # or where i can even get both of these items. see the reason being is the 14 bolt in my ss has a drum rear and i want to convert it to discs. i was told i could use the entire brake assembly off a 10 bolt but i want to be completely sure before i buy anything. but my buddy had a set of rotors, calipers, and caliper brackets off a 10 bolt he installed in another truck. so i scored them for free.... i still need the backing plates and whatever that bracket is called as well as pads, lines, and parking brake assembly. anyone know where i can score these final pieces of the puzzle?? or if what i am trying to do will even work? iv heard different things and yes i could use the brakes off a vho or ss 14bolt disc setup but theyre impossible to find and i want discs outback nowwwwww

Cant make out the pic but it sounds like you want the caliper mounting bracket, or parking brake dust cover bracket thing. What sucks is you have to pull the axle shafts to get those plates off, so finding them by themselves isnt easy and its a pain to pull them at a salvage yard.

If you dont want the parking brake you can buy caliper mounts very easily.

I want to make it as clean as a swap as possible. Not having a parking brake isn't an option.

I'm just getting done with a swap from stock drums to 13inch tahoe discs on the back of my '05. I'll try to post up some part numbers tomorrow. And I retained my parking brake. There's not alot of info out there about it. It was a pain in the *** getting everything together. Was planning on a writeup when I have time but I'll try to do something quick.
