Default Help decide my brand of gears....Please

OK here it is monday and im waiting on my headers to get to the shop so i can have them installed and now i want my rear end built so priced it out from a local rear end shop and he'll put in yukon 4.10 gears and detroit tru trac for $1005 installed tax and everything which is about $400 cheaper than anywhere else ive got quotes from he comes recommended from the shop that is doing my exhaust so no problem with credibility i trust the guy at the muffler shop ive been going to him for years except that brief moment in life when i bought a civic but hey nobody's keepin track right lol anyway my question is ho so cheap i mean a $400 difference WOW...so her comes the real question.....

ARE THE YUKON GEARS ANY GOOD OR SHOULD I SPEND A BIT MORE FOR A BETTER GEAR there really is no reason not to believe the guy when he says the gears are good because he makes his money off the labor he can sell me any gear i want right

SO PLEASE HELP OPINIONS NEEDED ON THE GEARS BEFORE FRIDAY THAT IS THE PLANNED DATE TO PUT THEM IN......

THANKS FOR READING THROUGH THIS LOG *** POST... YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME.....

Dude that's a sweet deal, your labor is like $100 or less at that price.

The price sounds pretty fair to me, I paid $1000 front and rear plus the cost of the TruTrac.
OEM gears are what I went with Yukons have a decent rep too.

I only have experience with AAM's they worked perfectly. I've read nothing but good with Yukon's.

YUKONS are great, I never "broke" mine in and there still going like a champ!

420.00 true trac
110.00 install kit
12.00 fluid
220.00 gears

Install cost is like 240.00, thats a good deal. Roll with it!
