Default Hanger????

I installed the hangers upside down as opposed to the normal way they came stock i just discovered this today, and I'm very saddened by it. So i want to know if it ok to have them installed like that or should i change thier orientation to the original stock position? The Truck has been running on that for 2 weeks and it shakes and shivers when i pass 60 mph only.

First start by reinstalling them the correct way. Though for that kind of drop you will be needing some shims. Possibly 2-6* shims.
You add the shims in 2* increments. Start with 2* shims and work your way up until the vibration is 100% eliminated.
The vibration is bad on your u-joints and driveshaft.
Do you have a 2-piece or one piece driveshaft? If you have the 2-piece you will also be needing a carrier bearing relocator bracket.

Did you get the shims (wedges) with your lower kit for the rear?
If not, you will be needing them more than likely.

Styling Concepts or McGaughy sells them. Check out Styling Concepts. They offer them in 2* increments. You can actually stack theirs without them slipping.
Here's one:

The opened end of the hanger faces the rear and down. The boxed end faces should be facing towards the front and up.
