Got the helper springs out!

I had some of those and couldn't wait to get them off. I only had a rear set, the back end of my truck quit moving the day I put them on. It would have rode the same if I welded the axle to the frame.

A set of some kind of pro comp shocks a friend gave me in the rear. Pro comp makes so many different shocks sold under different names I would have to get the part number to tell them apart. I have a set of Belltech street performance (I think) in the front, they are valved real light on compression and rebound. I have a set of Bilsteins for the front that I will try in the next few weeks. They generally have a lot of rebound damping. We'll see. They all suck in their own ways.

I have belltech street performance front and back but i took the backs off right away because they were like not having shocks at all.
the front are doing fine, they have a good amount of rebound damping but no compression damping which works out for my stiff springs
