Default Gear purchase Night Mare

Bumping up 4x4 to 4:56. Shopped vendors and landed on National Drive Train. They are a Motive gear dealer. I ordered timken master install kits and gears for both axles. On arrival the IFS kit had been opened and greasy. The bearings had smashed open the tube of silicon and was hard dried in the bearings. Both gear sets had been opened and one had none matching #s. Man... They sent another install kit and gear set - sent wrong set - now I have two 10.5 sets. Eric stated that they get packaging from Motive to repackage returned product. Great gergitated parts... 3weeks into this now and he forgot to send correct gear set saying he wanted to make sure they had matching #s. Desk jokey taking a gear head for a ~~~~€. Well got one ring in the oven and should get the 10.5 done to night. Anyone else had this fuped issue with them. I'm going to motive with their vendor problem.

Bummer man. Try Ron's Machine Service (site sponsor) I and many others here have had great service from him.

I ordered my 4.30 set from National off eBay. I never saw the first set so I figured they got stolen off my porch. I contacted them and right away they started a claim with the shipping company and sent me a new set of gears. I was really happy with their customer service. Not sure what happened to the first set though.
