Im planning on changing my gears, and just thought I would get some input.
This is going to be on my 03 Z71, its my DD, but kind of a toy, since I walk or ride a bike to work almost every day. (I am 15 blocks away from my job)
The current mods are intake, patriot stage 2 LS6's, 212/218 .571/.571 116.5lsa cam, longtubes into a catted y pipe into a single 4".
I have my 90mm intake/tb on the floor, and will be getting a fully built trans with a 3200 stall shortly. I am also planning a little nitrous to pass the time of building my real setup.
I also run 34x12.50x16's on it daily, but will be throwing some other wheels/tires on it to play on the street.
I am trying to decide between 4.10s and 4.56's.
Any input with the info I have given yall?

It depends on how much gas mileage you want to sacrifice. Having gone from 3.42s to 4.10s I feel like I could have easily gone to 4.56s. But my truck gets horrendous gas mileage now. The best solution IMO is to get a ton of power and use 3.42s. Personally from what I see in your post I'd go with 4.10s. 4.56s for a non-DD for sure.

I really dont care about gas mileage, heck I was pulling 24mpg highway before the new tires, and now I get about 20-22 with them on.
Th truck get driven about 2-3 days a week, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Im planning on lots of power down the road, but my money tree hasnt bloomed yet
The truck has 3.73's stock, which is kind of why I was looking at 4.56's, since I dont know if 4.10s will be enough of a difference to justify the cost.

the BFG KO's I run around on most of the time are 33.6" (I just round to 34")
ITs not too terribly bad, but is still definitely slacking down low with the tire change.
The stall will help some, along with the built trans, but I want a little more kick out of it.
