That's why I thought the G80 was badass, but they don't hold up too well though huh?

the G80 would be awesome in an offroad situation, but not in a high performance street application. as you can see the g80 has to slip a little first then it locks up, wouldnt be very good on the street

right, if you have a large-ish stall, and dead hook on slicks, id bet $20 you break it on a 10bolt

Some other OEM limited slips need to have brake applied to lock up both wheels. I couldn't tell if they tried that or not with the tundra. Neat videos.

They're not good off road either.

Yep they're worthless there too. Its just generally a bad design that is best described as the hand grenade locker.

The gov-lock works good for what it's designed for. You want to pull a boat out of the boat launch, drive through some snow, drive through some mud or dirt on the stock tires with just enough throttle to get through, etc.
