Nice carnage...as for what fluid, Eaton (manufacturer of Detroit TruTrac) recommends using conventional gear oil with the TruTrac as opposed to synthetic. The syn is a little too slippery and may not allow the diff to lock properly. There were a few threads in reference to this a while back. I like 75w-90 myself...

I am glad that thing didn't take out your whole axle. I will get you back on the road quick.

I told Jake that work will commence the day after I get the parts. So hopefully they come tomorrow so I can fix his truck Wednesday. We shall see.

Yeah that's what Dustin said when he pulled the carrier out. For a little bit we couldn't find the other C-clip, but then I looked in the pan and found it

I think mine has been there to be worked on the least out of all our friends so far *knock on wood*. At least it's not like Bret's yard, where vehicles come to die

I'm hoping those parts come in today, I'm going through withdrawals not driving my truck for the past week. I went from 150 miles a day to nothing. I also wanna start raping GT's and more ricers. Of course, the weekend my truck is broken down I see tons of cars to mess with.
