Default Front spring ???'s

I currently have a 2001 ECSB Chevy. My problem is that my front left of my truckis lower than the right. Is this a common problem?? Do I just need to replace my front left and that should fix the issue?? I appreciate your help!!

How much difference?? Shouldnt be too drastic but yeah that is very common issue. If it is bothering you alot you could try swapping coils side to side or ge a isulator/spacer for one side to shim it up. Every Chevy truck I have ever heard of has had this "CHEVY LEAN" I beleive s-10s were the worst for it.
