Ok so I did the same test with the main connector unplugged and came up with these pressures at idle and then at 2000 rpm

Idle -2000 rpm
P= 160-160
R=200-250
N=160-160
D=160-160
3,2,1 same as above, 160 both at idle and at 2000 rpm

Trans acted the same, has reverse but no forward gears at all. In any forward gear it acts just like its in neutral. No noises, no whining, no nothing.

I am thinking I have a huge internal leak somewhere as pressure never comes up above 160 in any forward gears, and there is obviously no holding pressure in any forward gear. What should I be looking at inside that could affect all forward gears at the same time?

I had AFL binding issues in my valve body. AFL drives the boost valve to proportionately deliver appropriate requested pressures. I was seeing strange low pressures.

Did you go through the valve body and see if there was too much play/leaks on things like the AFL and other valves? They do wear over time and cause fluid leaks.

I did pull it down, clean and inspect everything, nothing I was concerned about. The only thing I might question was the one step in the hd2 kit where you have to file down the solenoid feed filter a bit and put a plug in, the plug was a bugger going in and I wonder if it's not sealing or something
