so im in the process of getting the last parts for my swap, headers are being ordered tomorrow hopefully. well i need a flexplate adapter to go from my 4l60 to match up to the new 5.3 and i found this one, but im not exactly sure this is what i need. can anyone who has done this swap or know anyone who has verify? thanks. and im going to get a 5.3 swapped into a 97 gmc sierra
