Ok so my transmission is going out after being reuilt once. What are my options to never have this problem again...aka what bigger and better transmission can i get that will fit in place of a 4l65e.

4l80e and you will never have to worry about the tranny.

What gernaded? Was it any of the hard parts that were installed after the last rebuilt?

 

can a 4l80e fit on a denali with awd?

I think my 2-4 band is going again...it started slipping the other day.
My last rebuild included a wider band and bunch of other built up parts, which is why im angry and need something beefy.

 

He has a turbo so it will not be that big off a deal. May be more involved since its AWD.

 

I dont think it works with the AWD. Just buy an FLT L5 65e. Damn near bullet proof. SPONSOR>>>>>>>

 

FLT gets my vote if you need one ASAP and if in your area transmission builders sucks get it from FLT
