extracting trans fluid

Default extracting trans fluid

i added too much trans fluid n need to get this stuff out , my dip stick reads way past the hot mark n its been like 3 or 4 days since ive put it ini tried a oriellies syphon it didnt work i tried dis connecting the radiator trans fittings it didnt work work


i need some ideas

Since it was not mentioned I am guessing you dont have a drain plug on your trans pan.

no i dont have a drain plug..
will this damage some kind of pump in the trans??

Yes.

Edit, don't pull the line while the engine is running. Disconnect the line, and run it to a bucket. Then start the engine.

im done re connected the LINe not much came out its getting cold and i have to work in the AM i hope my teans isnt getting ruinedit shows way full butr i know it was a little under when i put a .25 quart in if that 4 days ago WTF.
