Hey guys, when you installed your eradispeeds, and new pads, did it make a griding noise for a while?

I did mine last night, and attempted the break in procedure today, but i hear a grinding noise.

Well its not like they are grinding, its more like a friction sound. It just sounds like the pads are making to much contact with the rotor all the time. Even when im not hitting the brake it makes the noise.
