I'm only providing info to help make up his mind. I ran Edelbrock on my 2 door, different vehicle, different suspension, but I did like them. As stated, only providing info, I have no shares in any company, so I gain nothing either way.

interesting you feel that way about the Belltech shocks, but then seem to like the KYB's, which also aren't that high grade of a shock....


I just sold some stock (Z71) length Edelbrock IAS shocks, and they were pretty nice pieces, but yeah, I've never seen them offered for lowered trucks, although depending on how low you are and what compressed/extended length you need, you may be able to use some they have for certain muscle cars.

I really like my QA1's, which have great build quality, but are also just twin-tubes, not mono's like most of the higher end shocks. Price isn't really all too bad on them either, although quite a bit more than the stamped construction shocks out there... the tool-less adjustability is priceless though.
Some of the Doetchtech offerings look very nice for the price too, although I have no first hand experience with those.
