No. Your converter should be locked way before you hit 70mph. Imagine guys who run 4000rpm stalls in f-bodies.

Well the new one arrived today, It is sitting at fed ex. I just got done flushing the lines out and am going to head and get it. Hopefully this one works better then the last. They seem like a good place..just have not seen anything to back it up yet. We will see.

Ha I posted before I even went to fed ex. I started wrenching around 12:30 and was done by 3:30. With lots of interuptions. (stupid cell phones) This tranny works very good, shifts feel nice and firm. Temps are nothing out of the ordinary and it can run 50mph at 1400rpms now, not 2100. WOT shifts are nice and quick, and I love how it downshifts. Overall I am pleased now that I working product. I am pretty sure it was a valvebody issue on the old tranny. They outsource for rebuilt valvebodys, so I am not sure I can blame them. Other then it should have been fixed the first time. But they took care of me in the long run. Now I just need to fix the Shift shaft for my transfer case that I snapped. oops.

Thanks for all the help and ideas on the issue.
Once I pay the rest of my card off the dyno will be soon.
