Default DTC Codes P0651 and P1810??? What is the problem????

I just recently changed out harnesses and I am now getting these codes. The harness that I just put in is for a 4X4 but same year. Are they different? I checked them before putting them in and all the pins were the same on the PCM but now getting these codes and it will not shift into overdrive. Can someone please help me. The truck was fine before but the harness that was in it was spliced into and just really messy. I thought that this would fix it. I guess I was wrong.
