drums to disc ?

Default drums to disc ?

I have drums on the rear of my '09 and want to change them to disc. What all is evolved? Pro's and Con's

Remove drums, remove axles. Change backing plates to stock disc parts. Reinstall axles. Bolt on calipers and rotors and bleed brakes and that's it.
