Default Drivetrain Vibration and Growl

OK, when cruising at street speed i get a growl from right underneath me. When Im on the freeway i can hear a slight growl.. but it disappears if I take my foot off of the accelerator. When approaching 75/80 mph, i can feel the truck shaking from right underneath me. I can even see the dash and the steering wheel vibrate. I figure I should address this before my go fast mods.. The wobble didnt start until I after i started to change the brake pads. Brake pads seemed fine and had alot of meat left on them, the rotors need work. So i slaped everything back together until I grab a set of new rotors.. Thats when the vibration started. It may just be a coincidence that this happened at the same time. The vibration i feel is directly underneath me, so it doesnt appear to be a wheel/hub issue that i know of..... Im out of ideas..any suggestions?

for the growl, yes, .....vibration no. vibration doesnt happen until 65-70 but is very noticeable around 75-80. Iven never messed with a ujoint, so i dont know if thats the case.. I also heard that carrier bearings can be a culprit as well, but i dont know if that statement has any truth to it.
