Default rear shocks

Just traded for an 2003 Sierra 1500 2wd with 6.0. It's been lowered I'm guessing 3/5. My question is the rear shocks are to harsh if I go over the smallest bump the rear slams down hard. What shock would you recommend? I will not be towing just cruising. I want a shock that will keep the rear the same height but be real soft.

Thanks

QA1's or Calvert Racing seems to be the most popular.

What are the specs on the wheels and tires you're running? Brand? They look great

Does it have coilovers on it? Traction bars? How was it lowered?

Thanks for the quick replys sorry it took so long to get back to you guys!

The truck has a 4/6 lower kit DJM lower control arms, lowering shocks, springs and spindles. The rear has shocks that have lines that meet at the back bumper and you can add/subtract air as needed. I've tried just that and the rear hits down hard on any little bump. The front does the same but once it hits a bump it will want to go left or right.

What would you guys recommend to fix it? The best way I could describe what kind of suspension I what is think trophy truck. Very soft absorb any thing I go over on the roads. For the front I think I need different springs because it also bounces long after a encounter a bump? For the rear I want the softest shock? Just not sure want to order? Truck will not be used for towing maybe a motorcycle from time to time.

Thanks

Thanks

Air shocks would be part of the problem, they dont allow the shocks to actually absorb the oscilation properly, the front wanting to go left or right sounds like a caster issue, along with possible being to stout in the front end... Or bad suspension parts
