Default Driveshaft, 1 piece or 2?

We have shortened the 1 piece and it measure 58.75 from the flat surface of rearend yoke to the transmission case. The shop suggests we order a 2 piece so it won't whip or vibrate since the motor is going to spin 7K with the LS7 close to 700crank hp. Some driveshaft shops are recommending we stay with a 1 piece but upgrade to 4' or 5' tubing. It is on a RCSB. T56 Magnum and a 14b rearend street vehicle.

All input and suggestions are appreciated.

^This. A two piece build would be a waste of money for 58 inches unless you are having to compensate for bad u-joint angles.
